1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, accessing, or using the Nuva Method application (hereinafter, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the App.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Nuva Method is an app focused on fitness, physical training, wellness, and physical activity tracking.

The App may include:

  • Training routines
  • Fitness programs
  • Physical progress tracking
  • Physical activity logging
  • Educational content related to exercise and wellness
  • Body and performance tracking tools

Nuva Method does not offer medical services or professional diagnoses.

3. USER REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities performed from your account
  • Keeping your information updated

Nuva Method may suspend or terminate accounts with false information, suspicious activity, or misuse of the platform.

4. PROPER USE OF THE APP

You agree to:

  • Use the App in accordance with applicable law
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities
  • Not impair the operation or security of the platform
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Not use the App for illegal purposes

Prohibited actions include:

  • Mass data extraction
  • Reverse engineering
  • Distributing malware or malicious software
  • Altering or compromising the App's functionality

5. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY DISCLAIMER

The content available in Nuva Method is for informational and educational purposes related to fitness and wellness.

You acknowledge that:

  • All physical activity involves inherent risks
  • You should consult a physician or health professional before starting any training program
  • You are responsible for knowing your physical limits and medical conditions

Nuva Method does not guarantee specific physical results and shall not be liable for injuries, physical harm, or damages arising from the performance of exercises or routines shown in the App.

6. DATA STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT

Nuva Method uses third-party technology services for storing and managing user information.

The App uses the Supabase platform for storage, authentication, and administration of certain data related to the operation of the platform.

You acknowledge and agree that some of your information may be processed and stored through secure infrastructure provided by third-party technology providers.

Nuva Method implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App, including text, routines, designs, logos, images, videos, code, and visual elements, is owned by Nuva Method or used under appropriate licenses.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, commercialization, or copying of content is prohibited without prior written authorization.

8. SERVICE TERMINATION

Nuva Method may suspend or terminate your access in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities
  • Conduct affecting the security or stability of the system

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

Nuva Method does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Absolute compatibility with all devices

Nuva Method shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Indirect damages arising from the use of the App

10. MODIFICATIONS

Nuva Method may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published within the App or through official channels.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Nuva Method ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
  • To personalize your experience, including training recommendations and progress tracking
  • To communicate with you, including sending service-related notifications and updates
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve the App's functionality and user experience

We do not sell your personal or sensitive user data to third parties.

3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

a) Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to help us operate the App. These include:

  • Supabase: Used for database storage, authentication, and backend infrastructure. Supabase processes data in accordance with their privacy and security practices.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it for the purposes we specify.

b) Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

c) Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with adequate notice provided to you.

d) With Your Consent

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

6. ACCOUNT DELETION

If you have created an account within the App, you have the right to request its deletion at any time.

How to delete your account:

By email: Send your request to privacy@nuvamethod.com from the email address associated with your account.

Upon receiving your verified deletion request, we will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements. Account deactivation, disabling, or freezing does not constitute deletion.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App integrates third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We ensure that our third-party providers comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies regarding user data, including the prohibition on selling personal and sensitive user data.

We may also integrate third-party code (SDKs) for analytics and app functionality. These SDKs operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
